PLEASURE DOME
Cocoa’s signature cake features three layers of chocolate sponge and chocolate mousse infused with Pear liqueur. Finished with chocolate ganache and decorated with dark and white chocolate flowers.
HAZELNUT PRALINE (GF)
Hazelnut sponge filled with layers of chocolate mousse and a generous sprinkle of hazelnut praline. Topped with Hazelnut praline and decorated with custom chocolate work.
RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE
A perennial favourite, this light, creamy cold-set cheesecake is topped with a generous layer of raspberries in a tart raspberry glaze and finished with a decorative band of dark chocolate.

MANGO & BANANA MOUSSE
Chocolate sponge paired with a luscious banana and mango insert and white chocolate mousse, finished with toasted coconut.
MIXED BERRY MOUSSE
A sweet light mixed berry mousse sits on a crunchy shortbread base, encircled with ladyfinger sponge. Topped with a tangy berry compote and seasonal berries.

Our customers say this is the best carrot cake in Melbourne! Packed with flavour, this cake has it all – carrot, pineapple, walnuts and brandy and of course, topped with a luscious cream cheese icing. Available sliced daily or by order as a cake.
ORANGE (GF)
Our classic flourless orange cake in a slice. Available as a slice topped with a rich chocolate ganache or an individual cake with a marmalade glaze. Either style available by order as a cake.
VANILLA SLICE
This vanilla slice is hard to beat - luxuriously smooth vanilla custard sandwiched between flaky, crispy pastry.
Cakes are available in three sizes - Large (Serves 10-12), Small (Serves 6-8), Individual (Serves One).
If the cake is for a special occasion, we are happy to add a plaque with a short message to your cake for only $6.
