PLANNING & CONFIRMATION
To ensure we can meet your catering needs for larger orders (over 60 pieces) we require a
Minimum of seven days to prepare your order, for small orders a minimum of three days.
Final confirmation of numbers is requested no later than 48hrs before the event.
A 50% deposit is required for large orders at time of placement, with the balance due on pickup/delivery.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for the cancellation of an order for the full refund of any monies. Orders cancelled within this time may incur costs.
PRESENTATION & DELIVERY
Your order will be boxed ready for pickup or delivery. Alternatively we can plate the items on disposable platters, ready for service - $ 5 each. Delivery is available free of charge within a 10km radius of Cocoa. If you require delivery further afield a delivery fee will be included as part of our catering quote.
